Subscriptions

We’ve removed the stress out of shipping, so shipping (and taxes) within Canada and US* is included in the price for Roastery Select subscriptions. We ship to most major cities within 4-6 business days. We process subscription orders on or after the 15th of every month.

Coffee on the Webstore

Coffee orders on the store are processed as soon as possible. Weekend orders are processed at the beginning of the next week. The most recently roasted coffees are packed and shipped, and if they are not available they will be included in the next available roast cycle. As a result some coffees may be rested 7-10 days from the order date depending on the timing of the roast cycle/schedule. We mainly roast Tuesday to Thursday, but you'll find us roasting almost everyday of the week (including some weekends and nights!).

Pick Up Orders:

For local pick up please wait for the notification email indicating the order is ready for pick up at our roastery. Otherwise, you may show up disappointed to find your order is not ready for pick up yet. If orders are not picked up within a 1 week period it is considered final sale and will be ineligible for cancellation.

Canada and USA: We have free shipping* on orders of 3 or more coffees. Flat rate $10 shipping for orders under 3 coffees. Once your order has shipped please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. Orders for the Greater Toronto Area should be 1-2 business days once the order is shipped.

**USA ORDERS** Please be aware that recent changes in cross-border trade regulations have resulted in longer than usual transit times for shipments to the USA via UPS. We appreciate your patience and support as we work through these challenges.

Hong Kong: We have a flat rate $30 shipping for all orders (up to maximum 6 kg per order). Orders are picked up by our shipping partner on Tuesdays, and fly out on Wednesdays. Generally orders are fulfilled within 5-10 business days.

China: We have a flat rate $30 shipping for all orders (up to maximum 3 kg per order). Orders are picked up by our shipping partner on Tuesdays, and fly out on Wednesdays. Generally orders are fulfilled within 5-10 business days. Note: there are additional customs requirements that we will require in order for the shipment to proceed (please check your email confirmation).

International: We are testing flat rate shipping for select EU countries. If your country is not shown please enquire via email to info@hatchcrafted.com. Orders are shipped via UPS by default and the rate will be shown during checkout for your order. Please note that any additional customs requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.

Missing Orders:

Once orders are shipped, it is no longer under our control. Once delivered, the courier is no longer responsible. Claims can be filed, but may not be approved and often take a long time to resolve. If stolen/missing packages are a concern, we have a signature required option during checkout to ensure secure delivery. Please contact orders@hatchcrafted.com if you have any questions.
